Yoya9 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

Yoya9 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. The terms outlined below constitute a legally binding agreement between yoya9 and its members.

These terms have been written in Bengali so all members can understand them easily. If anything is unclear, please contact our support team directly.

In addition to these rules Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy shall be considered part of this agreement.

The following conditions must be met to register an account and use services on yoya9:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Accurate information: The name, phone number, and address provided at registration must be accurate. Providing false information may result in withdrawals being withheld.
• Agents & bots prohibited: Operating an account using automated software, bots, or agents is strictly prohibited.

Yoya9 conducts identity verification to prevent money laundering and protect member security. KYC may be required in the following situations:

• Before Your First Withdrawal
• For monthly withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account
• To change your payment method

KYC typically requires a clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your balance instantly
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by tier (see the VIP page)
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements have been met
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit

Approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, VISA/Mastercard debit cards. Credit cards cannot be used for gaming deposits.

Yoya9 bonuses are exclusive benefits for members, but they come with specific conditions that must be followed:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus requires wagering at a specified multiplier (typically 10x–35x). Where no wagering requirement is stated in the bonus terms, a default of 20x applies.
• Validity period: Each bonus will expire if not used within the specified number of days from the date it was issued.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. The bonus page will always indicate which games are eligible.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or device is strictly prohibited.
• Free Spins: Winnings from free spins are generally subject to a 15x wagering requirement.

Yoya9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If the terms of an active bonus change, registered members will be notified via SMS to their registered phone number.

The following rules apply to all games and Sports Betting markets on yoya9:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• Odds in Sports Betting may change at any time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be automatically refunded.
• All game outcomes are determined by audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and verified by an independent third party.
• In the event of a dispute over scores or results, data from verified official sources will be considered final.

Yoya9 reserves the right to identify fraudulent betting patterns, and payments in suspected cases will be subject to investigation.

Any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements through Bonus Hunting or coordinated betting
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or glitches in any game or software
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions
• Impersonating a platform employee or representative

Closure Initiated by Member: You may request account closure at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification prior to closure.

Closure Initiated by yoya9: yoya9 may suspend or close an account without notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons.

Inactive Accounts: A monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 applies to accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months. If the account balance reaches zero, it will be automatically archived.

Yoya9 strives to maintain the highest technical standards. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances:

• If an active bet is left incomplete due to a server outage or connection failure, it will be settled in accordance with the official records or logs of the relevant match.
• If an abnormal win occurs due to a bug in the game code, yoya9 reserves the right to void that win.
• Yoya9 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.

Technical issue complaints must be reported to the support team within 24 hours of the incident. Reports submitted after this window may not be considered.

Yoya9 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. With that in mind, the following tools are available to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from gaming for a set period. You will not be able to log in during this time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Breaks of 24 hours up to 6 months are available.
• Reality Check: A summary of your session time and spending is displayed at regular intervals.

Yoya9 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. When changes are made:

• An SMS will be sent to your registered phone number at least 7 days before any major changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account.

Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
