Three Ways to Log In

  • Mobile number and password: Log in easily using the 11-digit mobile number and password you registered with. If you remember your password, this is the fastest way in.
  • Username & Password: If you don't remember your mobile number, log in with your username instead — use the one you chose when you registered.
  • OTP Login: If you can't remember your password, or simply want extra security, log in with an OTP. Just enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile and you're in.

Having trouble logging in?

Login issues are often caused by small, easy-to-miss mistakes. The most common ones are a mistyped password (watch out for uppercase/lowercase), an incorrect mobile number, or Caps Lock being on. Start by revealing your password — click the eye icon to make it visible and double-check what you've typed.

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to you, allowing you to set a new password.

If Your Account Gets Locked

Entering the wrong password 5 times in a row will temporarily lock your account. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized access. Wait 30 minutes for the lock to lift, or contact support to have your identity verified and your account unlocked.
